About Us
Carl Knightly, founder, Always More
Carl is a driven and agile leader with extensive experience of senior level strategic leadership; but more than that he genuinely cares about people. Carl is passionate about transformation, and empowering individual and organisational growth through executive coaching, training and facilitation. Put simply Carl wants to see people flourish and excel.
With a degree in International Politics and following a 14-year career in central government, Carl’s previous roles have included that of Engagement Director for a 15-site national care home and housing provider as well as Chief Executive of a national charity with a focus on older people. Carl then completed a coaching qualification through Henley Business School, part of the university of Reading. He has also provided management consultancy services to global consulting companies including the Boston Consulting Group and Alphasights.
Carl’s passion for seeing people be the best they can be influences his person-centred approach to coaching and facilitation. By building capability and enabling effective self-reflection, he equips and enables people to realise their value and improve their impact, both professionally and personally.
Carl has provided coaching services to a range of clients in Financial Services, the Public Sector and the 3rd Sector including at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Kia Motors, Thomas Cook and Bloomberg LP.
